Have planted out 4 of the seeds in a seedling tray and left them outside. The nights are still a little cool but the days are getting warmer.
July 17th
Harvested some seeds from last year’s plant that had died — I think about 10 seeds in total. I’ll plant some of these out in September. The plants tend to get quite large and we usually end up wasting a lot, so we probably only need one good plant for the spring/summer. If I plant 4 seeds and then choose the one that looks the most promising, that’s probably the best way to go.
